Day 23 - another bank dies

Morning All,

Just a quick wrap up of yesterday, no bets for now.

Firstly - the quaddie bank is dead, I was alive coming into the last leg in both but couldn't manage a result on either bet. I might bring it back in the new year but will see what happens. This one was always going to be higher risk so even getting to 52 bets wasn't too bad.

Secondly - a losing day for the new bank 1 - only got matched on 3 bets and 2 of them lost :( - on a bright note, I would've had a 3rd loser if I had got matched on all 5 - phew. There's a little bit of work to be done to iron out the wrinkles in this one. Just so you know, I decided to stick to a 5% of the bank $5 minimum approach.

I won't be betting Mondays + maybe Tuesdays on this one, there aren't enough races to choose from.

Thirdly - I almost got lucky on the sports bank with the Hawks getting to within 2 points in the end. The Jazz just held on so I pulled a small profit overall. I tried to get some sports bets on either today's NFL or NBA but I'm running a bit late and missed out.

I'm thinking I'll leave the unmatched bets in Bank 1 so that I balance out on 5 bets per day even if they aren't actually bets because they weren't matched.

Overall - it looks like the sports bank is still the only positive from all this but even it needs a bit more consistency. Definitely a learning experience at any rate.
