Interesting sort of a day - a small win on bank 1, another winner on the sports bank and a loss to start off the quaddie bank. Overall, can't be too upset - things are mostly going in the right direction.

You'll notice I said I lost on the Betfair Park quaddie even though I got it - the reason being I only got back $1.67 from a $5 bet. Sure it's a return, but it's a loss so needs to be shown that way. It's not like the poker machines that say you win when you bet 100 credits and get back 20 credits - you lost 80 credits, tell it how it is!!!

You might also notice that I got 3 of the 4 legs at Rosehill - that'll happen pretty often - although hopefully not too often, close but no cigar.

I'll update the sports bets later but the Pistons have done the right thing and got the win, almost took them straight out but played it safe with the 9 and 1/2 start :)

For a free site they do very well, especially the Ace Tip which is well in front over the last couple of years. It's just 1 bet each Saturday but well worth following if you are patient enough. Today's Ace Tip was Bernicia in the last at Betfair Park - it won at around $6. I almost included it as one of my picks but decided to go with my own ones instead, I did put in my quaddie though and will continue to do that down the track - cheers Taj
